 Julie Dillemann, Account Manager, Microsoft


Julie is a seasoned digital marketer who takes a data-driven approach to branding, marketing and storytelling.

As a strategic Account Manager at Microsoft Julie’s focus is to help strategic customers drive, plan and execute customized search marketing strategies to achieve their business goals. She is a performance marketer who is focused on customer definition as the foundation, and conversions as the end goal

Prior to Microsoft, Julie was part of the core leadership team at Six Spoke Media, a San Francisco-based digital marketing agency. At Six Spoke Media, Julie was Director of Digital and managed all of their east coast clients marketing strategies & execution. She joined the agency as the 3rd employee when it was an early stage startup and helped grow the company to become #369 on Inc. Magazine’s INC 500 list in 2014.

Julie began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics with a minor in Business Studies from New York University. She is frequently asked to return and teach mathematics at university events such as C-Splash, to expose high-school students to the beauty of mathematical ideas and the diversity of things for which they can be used.

 Aya Kikimova, Strategic Account Manager, Microsoft

Aya is a Strategic Account Manager at Microsoft. She has been in digital advertising since 2009 focusing primarily on search engine marketing. Her previous marketing experience includes SEM advertising at agencies such as Elite SEM, TBC, GroupM, as well as client side marketing at Laureate Education and MNS.

In her current role, Aya partners with direct advertisers and ad agencies on their paid search strategy for Bing Ads, building and maintaining successful client relationships.

Aya holds an MBA from Baruch College in Marketing and Finance, BA from Ohio Wesleyan University in Economics and Computer Science. In her spare time, she likes to participate at various Tech-centered events, such as Hour of Code, LIU career panel and Future of Tech, and NY Tech Meetups.
