She maintains a bias towards international SEO and she has organized campaigns for Fortune 500 brands, successfully infiltrating underserved markets and delivering outsized results. Maria’s Masters in Chemical Engineering influences her to this day, giving her a quantitative analytical approach to marketing strategy.



Elena MacGurn, Sr. Strategist, Global SEO, Covario
Elena MacGurn has more than eight years of digital marketing experience, building visibility and leading global and local marketing campaigns for mid- to large-sized companies. Joining Covario in 2012, Elena has specialized in international search and marketing strategy for businesses in NA, EMEA and APAC regions. She worked with to complete her MBA and achieved award-winning results for Fortune 500 brands in online retail, online security, CRM, banking, mobile, education and online advertising.



Donna Bedford, Global SEO Manager, Lenovo
Donna Bedford is the Global SEO Manager for Lenovo, driving SEO in 60+ countries worldwide, using Lean Six Sigma best practices. As part of her role, Bedford also drives awareness through non-traditional marketing, including blogger outreach, Twitter and Facebook. Prior to her current role, Bedford worked on Lenovo’s Design and User Experience team. Bedford has more than 17 years of web experience, including multiple Fortune 500 companies both in the US and UK.
