As Samantha’s work and life experiences reflect, she has always been passionate about technology, marketing, and culture.  In her most recent agency work, she has been helping clients develop effective digital media strategies and ecosystems that utilize technology to reach consumers at all relevant touchpoints, especially millennials.  Previously, Samantha was engaged in robust scholarship working to obtain a Master’s degree in Digital Humanities at the Graduate Center at the City University of New York and authoring a Masters thesis detailing the impact of social media on cultural communication and consumption, with millennials and electronic music as a case-study example, garnering over 10,000 downloads.  Samantha’s comprehensive understanding and experience with the technologies and tools that govern the modern, technology-driven business landscape have allowed her to achieve success across a range of clients and verticals.

Aaron McDaniel is a corporate manager, speaker and author with a passion for helping organizations better engage their millennial customers and empower their millennial employees. He was one of the youngest ever to serve as Regional Vice President at AT&T (at age 27), leading an organization of over 60 people. Aaron was a graduate of AT&T's flagship MBA-only Leadership Development Program as an Undergraduate, and was part of AT&T's Diamond Club. He taught a highly rated course on leadership at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.  Aaron is also an accomplished entrepreneur who has founded multiple successful companies, including 2 that were acquired.  Aaron is the author of The Young Professional’s Guide to the Working World and The Young Professional’s Guide to Managing (both printed in multiple languages) and has been written about in Forbes, Inc., Bloomberg BusinessWeek and US News & World Report.
