An early adopter/innovator of SEO and PPC, Ray has attracted millions of consumers at both the national and local level to a myriad of sites. His real estate portal became the 8th most visited for that category. Recognizing early the importance of content syndication for SEO, Ray has negotiated partnerships with Google, Yahoo, CBS TV, IAC, Microsoft, and The Wall Street Journal and many others.
