• Elchanan grow up in the computers science faculty of Bar Ilan University in Israel. Bar Ilan University is Israel’s largest University and is a globally recognized leader in the sciences and humanities included research and development in nanotechnology.
• In Israel Elchanan worked 8 years in the national water company Mekoroth, then developed a municipals systems. In the next years he will develop the famous Israel Magic software.
• Elchanan was awarded a research grant at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel in the late 1980’s.
• Elchanan’s expertise as an Applications Architect, Systems Analyst, programmer and Google Engineer has resulted in prestigious awards including an award for “outstanding systems analyst” in the use of Object Oriented Methodologies.

As well as being the CEO and Founder of Acroterion Inc and Search3w he currently sits on the SEMPO Search Engines Research committee. He is a former member of the International Languages Chamber of Microsoft and a tester of .NET beta systems since 1998.

| Elchanan took it upon himself to develop a software program that has become a web publishing content management tool that would replace traditional search methodologies. That software is known by the brand name D2S™ which means Dynamic to Static. |
