Many in-house SEMs struggle to gain traction for their important projects.  This is a common challenge, particularly in larger companies and those who are competing against high profile IT projects, and often because those working on projects may overlook things they don't understand.  

This session will examine ways to build useful and solid relationships with the people who get the work done for you.  As an in-house SEM, you're responsible for making the product search friendly, which means you have to get your SEO changes prioritized and implemented.  You cannot do this alone, so join us as we share ideas on who to enlist to help you, how to build the relationships, and how to get others ultimately thinking your way.  In time, your needs will be "baked in" to every project when it's at the concept stage.
