Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills demonstrated through professional experience and/or academic study in a technical or quantitative discipline
Ability to understand and communicate complex strategies and methodologies to internal and external technical and non-technical business audiences
Familiarity with introductory statistical concepts
Proven ability to think outside the box for rapidly learning new businesses and systems
Working knowledge of relational databases is desired
Ability to multi-task, communicate, collaborate and manage multiple priorities at once
Entrepreneurial/experience in a start-up environment is desired

1-3 Years experience managing and optimizing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns
Interactive marketing/media industry experience working with or for Tier-1 search engines (Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Ask)
1-3 Years experience using 3rd party SEM tools, preferred
Experience developing and researching keywords, ad copy and landing pages for interactive media products, preferred
