Manager, Search Engine Marketing
We are seeking an SEM fanatic to join our marketing team. This individual contributor will be responsible for the management and optimization strategies relating to our Pay-Per-Click campaigns, as well as for our clients.

Role Description:
Help create, optimize, measure and analyze our online marketing campaigns. You will work closely with other marketing managers and engineers to launch successful paid-search campaigns. Specifically, you will help identify new traffic stream and help us optimize user acquisitions and conversions
Manage 3rd party vendors to develop tools and strategies for paid search campaigns that meet and exceed business goals. Develop and maintain SEM forecasting models that look at the impact of spend and engagement across key campaigns. Drive recommendations of how to improve search spend effectiveness for multiple campaigns. Work closely with search engines to manage search buys.

Experience

Requirements:
BA/BS degree.
4+ years PPC/SEM optimization experience for Google, Yahoo or MSN accounts.
Prior experience of managing PPC campaigns across multiple search engines - search, contextual and display.
Prior experience of managing PPC campaigns for external, small/medium businesses.
Works well independently on assigned tasks, as well as team at large.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results against set objectives in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
Able to start optimizing the first day on the job without breaking a sweat.
Self-motivated and self-directed; however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
Someone who doesn't take him or herself too seriously.
Strong communication and team-oriented; comfortable interacting with senior managers and engineers.
Someone who loves talking about PPC, CTR, ROI, Analytics (doesn't have to be in that order).
Experience working with the legal industry or optimizing large accounts with million+ keywords.
Familiarity with Omniture SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics software a plus, but not necessary.
Team player. Good sense of humor, always a plus
