The Sr. Strategist is heavily involved with outlining the strategy; working closely with other group members to execute and deliver. They are also responsible for quality control, enforcement of processes and best practices for the clients that they represent. They will have the final say in all aspects of a natural search campaign and will play a vital role in helping to identify new opportunities for client growth.

NSO Definition: The process of ensuring websites meet optimal architecture, link, and design criteria of the latest search engine algorithms to improve visibility, rank, and relevance in search engines over time.

Major Job Accountabilities:

Interview, hire & train analysts to support their account group
Approve time and conduct employee reviews of analysts assigned to their account group
Establish and execute strategy as related to natural search
Enforce processes and best practices set by department director
Run client calls and review deliverables as pertaining to NSO
Attends face to face meetings as needed
Assists Account Executives (Account Directors) in up-sell/renewal process Analyze

3+ years experience specializing in natural/organic web optimization
4-year college degree or equivalent experience
High comfort level when dealing with client facing engagements
Ability to provide training and mentorship
Comprehensive understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and Flash
Bilingual communication skills a plus (English/Spanish/French)
Extensive experience in keyword research and build-out
Strong knowledge of search and criteria of leading algorithms
Understanding of clients' business goals and objectives. Utilize that knowledge to provide strategic recommendations
Strong problem solving and innovation skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies
Experience with leading search engine ranking, traffic and analysis software
Research and easily adapt to evolving industry trends
Communicate conceptual technical strategies to both technical and business audiences.
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Display confidence and enthusiasm when communicating to the client and the internal
project team
Experience in MS Office suite
