iCrossing is looking for a motivated individual to join our Search Media team as a Search Engine Marketing Analyst ( Media Manager I). In this entry level position into the dynamic interactive marketing industry, you will manage daily activity on search marketing (PPC, SEM) accounts to achieve client goals.

Among the position's responsibilities, you will be challenged to: create successful campaign elements based on an understanding of our clients' business and customers, execute them accurately and efficiently, analyze performance and provide optimization ideas, evaluate strategic opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Major Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Provide analysis of client reporting and optimization ideas to Media Team
Provide daily account service to assigned partner and client accounts, including interaction via phone, emails and direct contact.
Analyze strategic opportunities for clients
Keyword optimization and third party tool analysis
Participate in weekly client calls
Help with tracking and implementation codes

Experience

0-1 years work experience (agency work experience a plus, but not required)
Strong analytical and implementation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid excel and spreadsheet experience (ie: if/then statements, sum, Vlookup, concatenate functionality, pivot tables preferred)
Internet media experience preferred
Desire to work in an agency environment
Ability to prioritize, work under tight deadlines, juggle multiple tasks
Ability to learn systems quickly
Team player, yet ability to work independently
