We are seeking a seasoned, experienced SEO (search engine optimization) Strategist/Team Leader. The ideal candidate will define search optimization opportunities and solutions, will research keywords and analyze competing web sites to determine content requirements for the web sites, create client deliverables and ensure client service levels are fulfilled, as well as analyze traffic logs and develop plans to increase lead generation, sales and conversion for clients sites. He/She should be well versed in all aspects of "white hat" techniques . The candidate will also have a well developed technical knowledge and a desire to continually learn the latest technologies and online marketing tends. To succeed in this role requires a combination of technical and marketing savvy, and persuasion which enables him/her to scope the landscape, define a vision & strategy, win acceptance of that strategy, and execute against the approved plan.

Job Requirements:
Strong English skills
Minimum SEO experience of 1.5+ years
Define and describe optimal website navigational structure for increased ranking
Research and recommend new SEO/SEM strategies, Internet marketing and advertising technologies, and current Internet trends (Web 2.0)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal, and written communication & presentation skills
Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision making
Knowledge with technical aspects of search engines
Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities
Self-starter approach, with ability to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility as time permits
