The Senior Analyst has a basic understanding of the paid search field and a desire to learn more. Should have a broad set of analytics, marketing and management skills. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the analytics function on key accounts. . The Senior Analyst will help in the development of client strategy through communication and analysis of multiple data sources. The Senior Analyst will write insightful reports, showing client sales metrics and trends against marketing objectives and make recommendations for improvement. The Senior Analyst is part of the core account team and maintains a strong relationship with clients and internally across all disciplines.


Major Job Accountabilities:

Core contributor to strategic initiatives. Articulates departmental and iCrossings view on analytics, reporting strategy and tactics. Ensures that strategies align with objectives and objectives of projects are met.
Oversee development of program strategies and analyses for clients. Responsible for finding creative, out of the box solutions to difficult problems.
Responsible for comprehensive management of accounts within the Analytics group with minimal oversight. Typically, this includes the management of industry/category knowledge, performance tracking and analysis, tools and automation projects, and various associated projects.
Help create and manage paid-search sales forecasting models for clients
Draw insight from program results and ensure dialogue with client and internal team on informed strategic implications.
Assume substantial role on the core client team(s) to identify issues, develop new business opportunities with existing clients and assist in development of new client relationships.
Serve as day-to-day contact for internal account team, present pro-active ideas and strategies to client team.
Work closely with account teams to ensure measurement work is strategically aligned, client needs are met and iCrossings quality levels are maintained.
Promote/sell analytics capabilities across teams/company

Experience

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in a related field required.
Minimum of 3 years in roles of increasing responsibility in departments of a similar nature (e.g., ad agency analytics department).
Search Engine Marketing experience desired.
Google AdWords and Yahoo Ambassador Certifications desired.

Knowledge/Technical Skills:
Online marketing experience is an absolute requisite.
Advanced hands on analytics experience required (on and off-line).
Proven leadership ability and previous client relationship experience required.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of interactive media.
Mastery of MS Excel and developing complex economic model spreadsheets
Very proficient in developing PowerPoint presentations that translate data analysis into key insights for a senior management audience
Proficient computer and research skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Omniture, WebTrends, CoreMetrics, Hitbox, etc.).
Knowledge of SPSS, SAS, SQL a plus
Exemplary communication skills (persuasive written, compelling oral).
Travel industry experience a plus

Abilities:
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision and adapt the overall strategy as necessary.
Time management, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Relentless attention to detail
Pro-active, always thinking and strategizing about new ways to tell the client media story.
