We are looking to immediately fill the role of Senior Account Executive for the Eastern Region. The position will be filled in (or near) Boston, New York or Philadelphia.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sell search engine marketing services to high quality enterprise and promising venture-backed companies.
  • Generate, develop and close new business. Experience selling into high technology, media, and healthcare firms a plus, as is experience with enterprise divisional accounts.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Call on senior-level executive contacts and manage a highly consultative, complex sales cycle.
  • Work with partners to prospect new accounts and develop relationships efficiently.
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs.
  • Develop deep relationships with clients, maintaining the client asset for the long term.
  • Work in a team environment with account managers to retain and grow accounts.
  • Create and manage territory and account plans.

Experience

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven sales experience in software sales or services.
  • Experience selling high-end software solutions and/or consulting services to enterprise companies.
  • Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Proven track record of penetrating and expanding large corporate accounts.
  • Proven track record of succeeding quotas and goals.
  • Experienced in selling both applications and services.
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree at a minimum.
