Minimum of three years professional experience which should include some campaign and advertising experience. Search engine experience and established contacts with both advertising clients and agencies preferred. MBA level of education (applicants without MBA level education must demonstrate very specific industry knowledge of SEM).

As the Sales Manager you will be Responsible for initiating contact with existing customers, identify customers' needs and help architect the companys business process delivery model.

Qualifications/Requirements:


Technically competent & internet savvy (basic HTML ability)
Must have a MBA or equivalent industry experience
Willingness to join and grow with small entrepreneurial firm.
Excellent internet skills, 3+ years relevant experience
Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates effective negotiation skills
Results-oriented achiever
Advertising agency experience a plus
Must live locally in greater the Boston, Massachusetts area
Demonstrate understanding of SEM, SEO & PPC
Be able to work both onsite and offsite
