site, but what do you do when you’re the sole SEO person having to deal with a
million pages? The larger the site, minor issues become larger problems quickly
and massively, so what should one look out for? If many things are affecting
the site, how do you know the work you put in is the reason for the success? In
all, there’s not enough time in the day to individually manage that many pages,
so it’s time to figure out how to scale out your SEO tactics.

Stephanie Ridley is
Senior Vice President, Director of Search for the Americas at Starcom MediaVest
Group (SMG). She is responsible for growing SMG's search and bidded media
capabilities across North and South America.
Stephanie joined the
SMG team 6 months ago but is VivaKi veteran coming from Performics where most
recently she served as Group Account Director. There she led accounts
across a number of categories including publishing, automotive, consumer
electronics and education among others. In addition to deep search
knowledge, Stephanie has a wealth of bidded media experience acting in both
client facing and product lead capacities across social media, SEO, landing
page optimization and user experience design.

include DeVry, Keller, Fifth Third Bank, GE, Jim Beam and GM.
Micah Fisher-Kirshner, Senior SEO Manager helps run Become.com’s search engine optimization efforts while
helping to keep track of everything in analytics. He manages a team of
SEO Analysts and Interns keeping Become.com competitive and up-to-date
on all SEO strategies.
Prior to joining Become.com, he previously worked at Red Bricks Media
as a Search Strategist for a number of clients in the Ecommerce, B2B,
Enterprise, and Gaming spheres for SEO, Web Analytics, and cross-channel
integration.
Fisher-Kirshner received his Master’s from the International
Relations & Pacific Studies program at UCSD and holds a BA in
International Affairs from The George Washington University.
