Phillip Rather (@PhillipRather)is Facebook's
Agency Partner. In this role, he helps agencies market their clients using
Facebook Ad and Platform products. He’s an Internet marketing professional with
diverse experience in web marketing and strong background in startup companies
including sales, marketing, and channel/partnership strategy, with emphasis on
helping companies take goods and services to market using the web with a focus
on analyzing and developing online advertising products, search engine
optimization, and social media.
Phillip will discuss:
The real value of fans and maximizing their impact on your brand through
holistic Facebook marketing.
Creating and boosting user actions through the Facebook platform, graph
API, and PPC marketing to create a perpetual stories engine.
How exposure to brands and products in social media impacts consumer
purchase intent, as well as their willingness to engage with companies when
connected through other media such as search.
How companies are most effectively executing direct response campaigns
using every aspect of the Facebook platform, including fan acquisition, custom
tabs, and use of the Ads API.
