Lisa Raehsler is a search engine marketing and pay-per-click (PPC) strategist, nationally recognized speaker, and columnist for industry leading publications. As the founder and principal strategist at Big Click Co., she helps companies and agencies of all sizes to integrate PPC advertising into online media programs for brand promotion, demand generation, and customer acquisition. Lisa has led hundreds of paid advertising accounts for search engines (Google AdWords and Bing Ads), mobile, display, retargeting, and social media ad campaigns. Her clients range from retail and airlines to hospitality and insurance coverage. As a primary contributor to the PPCHero, as well as regular blogger for Search Engine Land and the SEM Post, Carrie enjoys any excuse to stay on the cusp of innovative PPC. Her blog posts combine a sense of humor with a thorough knowledge of the successes, pitfalls, and opportunities encountered in the PPC industry. Chris Hoag is an Account Manager for Bing Ads and has spent over 8 years in digital advertising. Prior to Microsoft, Chris worked as a Sr. Paid Search Strategist at Point It, an agency located in Seattle where he worked with eCommerce, SaaS, music subscription, and travel accounts. Before moving to Seattle, Chris lived in Las Vegas and worked with companies including MGM Resorts and various online travel agencies.

Steve Plunkett, Sr. Search Scientist
Steve is an accomplished SEO scientist responsible for diagnosing trends in all aspects of search engine optimization and Internet-user behavior. His areas of expertise include keyword research for psychological relevance, online reputation management, Internet conversion strategy, and digital and analog asset search optimization. He also specializes in organic SEO and user behavior in social networks. He has been involved in the strategy and execution of over 500 websites for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. He has spoken for the State Bar of Texas, SearchExchange, BlogWorld, PubCon Dallas, PubCon Las Vegas, and both district, national and regional conferences and conventions for the American Advertising Federation.
