SEMPO Legal InformationSEMPO is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization, founded originally in 2003. Members are required to agree to a standard set of Terms and Conditions of Membership. Meeting minutes are posted within the Members-only areas of this site, as are annual financial reports and other internal communications.
