Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization Announces New Officers
New SEMPO officers appointed by newly elected board of directors.
Wakefield, MA, May 2, 2014 – The Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), the leading international organization for the search and digital marketing profession, today announced the organization’s officers for 2014-2015. Officers were elected by the SEMPO board, which itself is elected from a ballot of members. The new SEMPO board was announced March 18, 2014. The term of office for the new Officers will begin immediately and will last for one calendar year. The new officers are:

We’ve only had our first meeting, and already the ideas are flowing,” said Mike Grehan, newly elected Chair, formerly the organization’s President. “It’s definitely a good time to be a SEMPO member. This mixture of experienced returning members as well as new members with fresh ideas is a recipe for great things. “
Newly elected President Michael Gullaksen said: “We’re putting together our goals for the year right now, and the membership is going to be impressed with our ideas and the momentum we’re seeing being driven by the board. I’m excited to create more value for our members and further elevate the Search and Digital Marketing industry.”
